Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Development – Promote international logistics services, proactively identify and engage potential clients, and expand the company’s market reach.

2. Business Follow-up – Leverage competitive shipping routes and market strategies to handle client inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure consistent follow-up.

3. Negotiation – Lead contract negotiations and closing processes to secure successful business execution.

4. Client Relationship Management – Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, offering timely feedback and solutions to address their needs.

5. Team Collaboration – Demonstrate strong team spirit and actively contribute to achieving team objectives.

6. Additional Duties – Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Education – Associate degree or above (open to all majors).

2. Experience – Minimum 2 years of sales experience in international courier or freight forwarding.

3. Professional Attitude – Highly self-motivated, eager to embrace challenges in a high-reward sales environment, and passionate about sales.

4. Core Skills – Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability, with strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Basic Competencies – Fundamental computer skills and proficiency in standard office software.

6. Language Ability – Fluent in English and/or Chinese.
