Responsibilities & Context:

1. Identify and approach potential HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and corporate offices.

2. Build and maintain relationships with café owners, chefs, restaurant managers, hotel purchasing teams, and other key decision-makers.

3. Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities for specialty coffee beans, coffee machines, accessories, and café solutions.

4. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, coffee tastings, product demonstrations, and equipment presentations.

5. Conduct market research to identify new prospects, industry trends, and competitor activities within the coffee and hospitality sectors.

6. Maintain and update the sales pipeline, customer database, and follow-up records.

7. Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and client documentation.

8. Represent Santino Coffee Specialists at coffee events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking programs to expand business connections.

9. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns targeting the HORECA and corporate segments.

10. Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support for clients.

11. Develop partnerships with hospitality professionals and industry stakeholders to strengthen Santino's market presence.

12. Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

13. Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, client visits, market feedback, and business development opportunities.
