Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Fertilizer is looking for a suitable job incumbent for the position of Assistant Marketing Officer who will do the following-
Generate product demand through regular farmer engagement, demonstrations, and field campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure business growth.
Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and customer network.
Conduct farmer meetings, crop seminars, field days, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide actionable market intelligence.
Achieve assigned sales targets by driving secondary sales and supporting primary sales initiatives.
Prepare timely sales reports, maintain territory records, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of business plans.
