Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger ও অন্যান্য অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্মে গ্রাহকদের দ্রুত ও পেশাদারভাবে সাড়া প্রদান।
ফার্নিচার পণ্যের তথ্য, মূল্য, অফার ও বৈশিষ্ট্য সম্পর্কে গ্রাহককে সঠিকভাবে জানানো।
অনলাইন অর্ডার গ্রহণ, অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং ডেলিভারি টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে সক্রিয়ভাবে কাজ করা।
গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার দ্রুত সমাধান নিশ্চিত করা।
দৈনিক বিক্রয় ও অর্ডারের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী গ্রাহকসেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
