Job Context

Sylvan Wye Resort & Agro is an integrated resort, agro-tourism, and investment-focused development project located in the scenic hills of Bandarban. The project combines resort hospitality, sustainable agriculture, fruit orchards, fisheries, eco-tourism, and ownership opportunities within a unique development concept.

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Manager – Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, generating qualified investor leads, promoting resort ownership opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the sales and marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Real Estate, Resort/Hotel Ownership Sales, Land/Property Sales, Timeshare, Investment Products, Hospitality, or other high-value sales environments.

Job Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

·       Drive sales of resort ownership packages, investment opportunities, membership products, and other project offerings.

·       Identify and approach potential investors, high-net-worth individuals, business owners, corporate professionals, expatriates, and other target customer segments.

·       Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, corporate networking, events, referrals, direct marketing, telemarketing, and strategic partnerships.

·       Convert prospective leads into successful sales through professional consultation, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.

·       Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential investors and customers.

·       Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team.

·       Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement.

·       Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.

·       Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, investment briefs, project profiles, and promotional materials in coordination with management.

·       Organize client meetings, project presentations, site visits, investor events, seminars, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.

·       Develop relationships with corporate organizations, professional associations, clubs, business communities, NRBs, and potential channel partners.

·       Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, email marketing, lead generation, and remarketing campaigns.

·       Ensure timely follow-up of all leads generated through Facebook, website, phone calls, WhatsApp, referrals, events, and other channels.

·       Maintain accurate and updated customer and lead information in CRM or sales databases.

·       Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, pricing strategies, and emerging investment opportunities.

·       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, conversion reports, and management presentations.

·       Develop customer retention, referral, and relationship-building strategies.

·       Maintain a professional brand image and ensure ethical, transparent, and customer-focused sales practices.

·       Work closely with senior management to support overall business growth and project positioning.

·       Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

·       MBA with a major in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.

·       Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional relevant sales experience and a strong performance record.

Experience Requirements

·       5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.

·       Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role is preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors will receive preference:

·       Resort Ownership / Resort Share Sales

·       Hotel and Hospitality Sales

·       Strong leadership and sales team management capabilities.

·       Proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets.

·       Strong ability to generate, manage, nurture, and convert qualified leads.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

·       Strong professional network will be considered a significant advantage.

·       Ability to communicate confidently with investors, senior executives, business owners, and high-value clients.

·       Strong understanding of the Bangladesh investment and property market.

·       Good knowledge of digital lead generation and social media-based sales funnels.

·       Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sales reporting tools.

·       Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, forecasts, and management reports.

·       Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, and strongly target-oriented.

·       Willingness to travel to the Bandarban project site and other locations when required.

·       Excellent command of Bangla and good professional communication skills in English.
