Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute property share strategies

• Generate leads through corporate, digital, and direct marketing channels

• Conduct client presentations, site visits, and investment briefings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Train and support sales executives to improve performance

• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions

• Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
