• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design / Marketing / Media

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in design & content creation

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects

• Good understanding of digital marketing & social media trends

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work under deadlines

Job Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials (social media posts, brochures, banners, ads)

• Create engaging visual content and videos for property share promotions

• Develop digital campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and websites

• Write compelling content, captions, and sales-driven copy

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Collaborate with the sales team to create lead-generating creatives

• Edit photos and videos of resort, agro project, and lifestyle experiences

• Manage and update social media platforms regularly
