Experience:
· Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Master of Fine Arts (MFA).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva. Comfortable with G Suite
Knowing any 3D software is a plus
Strong understanding of brand consistency, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to create visual assets for web, social media, print, and presentations
Confidence in understanding design briefs and presenting creative concepts
Familiarity with exporting files in appropriate formats for digital and print platforms
Strong project management ability with the capability to meet tight deadlines
Open-minded and willing to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies
Skilled in drawing, illustration, and storyboarding
Proficiency in calligraphy and lettering will be an advantage
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
A Motion Graphic Visualizer is responsible for creating compelling visual materials that effectively communicate brand messages across digital, print, and offline platforms. The role involves developing creative assets for marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, social media, events, and product-related materials.
The candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing, brand, and product teams to transform creative concepts into impactful visual executions. The position requires strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand consistency while managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
· Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, websites, presentations, and social media platforms.
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to fulfill creative requirements.
· Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual concepts.
· Develop both static and dynamic content across multiple digital and offline platforms.
· Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers, vendors, and production suppliers.
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
· Maintain and enhance the organization’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
· Support marketing optimization initiatives by producing A/B testing design variations.
· Contribute to creative ideation sessions and campaign brainstorming.
