Coordination points between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Dealers
Ensure end-to-end order lifecycle management (order → dispatch → delivery → payment follow-up)
Monitor daily sales performance vs target and highlight gaps with actionable insights
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports for management decision-making
Control pricing implementation, discount tracking, and scheme execution accuracy
Support demand forecasting by analyzing sales trends, stock movement, and market feedback
Track receivables and coordinate with sales team for timely collection
Identify operational bottlenecks (stock, delivery, pricing issues) and escalate proactively
Ensure CRM/data accuracy to support strategic planning and audit requirements
Assist in territory-wise performance analysis and productivity improvement
Drive process standardization to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Improve order processing efficiency & reduce lead time
