Job Responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging short-form video content in English across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

• Promote the company's products to international audiences through digital channels

• Research and identify prospective international customers via online platforms

• Communicate professionally and fluently with customers in English

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and comments

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records

• Submit daily performance reports and meet assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Strong computer and internet proficiency

• Ability to produce short videos using a mobile phone or computer

• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera

• Prior experience in social media marketing, video content creation, online sales, or digital marketing is an advantage

• Knowledge of website management, web media, SEO, or digital marketing will be given preference

• Honest, disciplined, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Willingness to adhere to company policies and daily reporting procedures
