  • Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom/SaaS/IT/VoIP/ Software Outsourcing or related industries.

  • Proven experience selling to international markets; experience in Africa, Pakistan, APAC or Russia preferred.

  • Strong spoken and written English; additional language skills (e.g., Russian) are a plus.

  • Ability to manage full sales cycle and close deals across time zones.

  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), video conferencing, and email outreach tools.

  • Strong negotiation, cultural sensitivity, and commercial acumen.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and team collaborator.

  • Existing contacts or partner networks in target regions.

  • Experience with channel/partner sales and local compliance considerations.

  • Familiarity with telecom/VoIP solutions, pricing models, and technical basics.

  • Experience handling multi-region sales and time-zone coordination.



Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

Seeking a Sales Executive with 3 years’ experience to develop and close business in Bangladesh and international markets, with primary focus on Africa, Middle-East, Pakistan, APAC and Russia. The role requires full-cycle B2B sales, market mapping, and strong cross-cultural communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies for Africa, Pakistan, Middle-East, APAC, and Russia.

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through outbound outreach, channel partners, and events.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and tailored proposals; negotiate and close deals.

  • Manage CRM, maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships; coordinate handover to delivery/support teams.

  • Work with marketing, product, and tech teams to adapt offerings to regional needs.

  • Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations; report insights.

  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, regional events, and occasional travel as needed.
