Skills Required: Additional Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a tech or software-based company.
Sound knowledge of HR operations, payroll support, and labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with HRIS is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines
Responsibilities & Context: Context:
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR operations. This role is crucial in maintaining a healthy workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting HR initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate training, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Support organizational activities like employee engagement programs, festivals, and events.
- Ensure HR documents and processes align with company policy and labor laws.
- Collaborate with departmental heads on manpower planning and HR strategy.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
