  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with HRIS is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines



Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR operations. This role is crucial in maintaining a healthy workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting HR initiatives to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate training, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and ensure policy compliance.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Support organizational activities like employee engagement programs, festivals, and events.
  • Ensure HR documents and processes align with company policy and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads on manpower planning and HR strategy.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
