Experience:

Proven track record of selling to international customers; experience selling into the USA market is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle and close deals.
Comfortable with virtual sales tools: CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), video conferencing, email outreach, and proposal tools.
Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Existing network or contacts in the USA/NA market.
Experience with outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
Familiarity with telecom/VoIP product features, pricing models, and technical basics.
Experience working with remote/virtual teams and handling time-zone differences.
Context:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 3 years of relevant experience to own business development, lead generation and sales conversion for Bangladesh and international customers, especially in the USA. The role requires strong communication, consultative selling, and experience managing the full sales cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for Bangladesh and international markets, with priority on the USA.
Generate and qualify leads via outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, referrals, and partner channels.
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to meet/exceed quarterly sales targets.
Manage CRM updates, pipeline reporting, and accurate forecasting.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and handle post-sale handovers with delivery/support teams.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive product-market fit and customer success.
Attend industry events, webinars, and customer meetings (virtual and occasional travel as required).
Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide market feedback to leadership.
