Responsibilities & Context:
Consistent meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned area, contributing to the company`s revenue growth.
Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights into performance metrics and market trends.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, implementing effective strategies to broaden market coverage and increase customer base.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with distributor and retailers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Regular visit markets to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote company products and services.
Monitor competitor activities, gathering information on pricing, products, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving complaints or feedback promptly in accordance with company policy.
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the assigned area.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and uphold the company`s brand image in all field activities.
