Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our B2B network and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with education agencies, generating student files through B2B channels and identifying new business opportunities in the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B partners (student agencies, consultants, institutions)

  • Identify and onboard new partner agencies to expand the company’s network

  • Generate and manage student application files through B2B channels

  • Conduct regular visits, meetings and presentations with partner organizations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for partner acquisition and file generation

  • Provide training and updates to partners regarding university offerings and admission processes

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications

  • Maintain accurate records of partner communications, leads and conversions

  • Represent the company at networking events, seminars and business meetings

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from a recognized university

  • Postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage

    Experience Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or international student recruitment

    • Strong understanding of B2B sales and partnership management

    • Experience in the education consultancy sector will be highly preferred
