Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:

Experience: 3-10+ years in quality assurance/control, specifically within battery manufacturing (Lead Acid Battery or Energy Storage).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of battery assembly, testing procedures, SPC, and ISO 9001:2015.
Leadership: Proven ability to supervise staff, manage shift operations, and foster a culture of quality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS): Implement and maintain QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, internal audits, and regulatory requirements.
Process Control: Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality control plans, including SPC (Statistical Process Control) and 7QC tools.
Inspections: Direct QA inspectors in testing battery components, materials, and finished products (e.g., voltage, resistance, leakage tests).
Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
Team Leadership: Supervise QC technicians/operators, managing scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and safety compliance.
Supplier Quality: Coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality standards for raw materials.
