• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Drive revenue growth by managing high-value client relationships and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.

• Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, property launches, and digital initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and client handover processes.
