Job Context

Assure Tourism Ltd., a concern of Assure Group, is looking for an experienced and target-driven professional for the position of Deputy Manager, Sales. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our air ticketing business by developing corporate clients, increasing ticket sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline ticketing operations, GDS systems, and corporate travel sales with the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and yearly air ticket sales targets

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and retail clients

  • Handle domestic and international air ticket sales and reservations

  • Generate new business opportunities through direct sales and networking

  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for competitive fares and group bookings

  • Provide travel solutions, quotations, and itinerary support to clients

  • Monitor market trends, airline promotions, and competitor activities

  • Ensure excellent customer support before and after sales

  • Supervise and support ticketing and sales team activities

  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
