Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall showroom sales operations & achieve monthly/annual targets
Drive revenue growth through retail & project sales
Manage sales team performance & target monitoring
Develop and maintain strong sales pipeline & corporate client base
Supervise pre-sales activities (BOQ, quotation, client presentation)
Ensure proper product merchandising & showroom standards
Monitor collections, customer satisfaction & repeat business
Prepare sales reports, forecasts & business development plans
