Overall leadership & management of civil construction projects
Prepare and monitor Project Gantt Chart & work schedule
BOQ preparation, project estimation & cost planning
Bill analysis, cost analysis & project budget control
Supervise site execution and ensure timely project completion
Lead and coordinate project team (Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors)
Ensure quality control & compliance with project specifications
