Skills Required: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 45 years
  • Proven experience in senior or managerial SEO roles managing large-scale SEO programmes.
  • Expert proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong understanding of ranking factors, SERP features, algorithms, and AI-driven search models.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to collaborate with development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert insights into clear strategies.
  • Demonstrated success improving Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
  • Vendor certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or analytics (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills equivalent to IELTS 7.0+.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor team members.


Responsibilities & Context:

Overview

ChefOnline — a Google Partner Digital Marketing Agency — is seeking a highly strategic, data-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth roadmap. This senior role requires deep analytical capability, strong technical SEO expertise, and the ability to design and execute high-impact strategies across all ChefOnline platforms. You will collaborate with content, development, product, and marketing teams to ensure our digital ecosystem meets best-in-class search, performance, and UX standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies aligned with business KPIs and long-term growth targets.

  • Lead in-depth keyword research, SERP analysis, competitor insights, and trend forecasting.

  • Conduct full technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, and architecture.

  • Build SEO-driven content frameworks, keyword clusters, and optimisation guidelines.

  • Work closely with developers to implement technical improvements and maintain site health.

  • Own SEO dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and monthly/quarterly performance reviews.

  • Lead link-building, outreach, and digital PR initiatives to improve domain authority.

  • Establish SEO guidelines, processes, and best practices across the organisation.

  • Monitor algorithm updates, industry shifts, and emerging technologies (AI, SGE).

  • Mentor SEO Team Leads / Executives and ensure consistent quality of output.
