About the Role
The Client Support Executive will be responsible for providing client support, assisting users in using the platform effectively, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves subscription follow-ups, client onboarding support, and identifying opportunities for client retention and upgrades. This position serves as a bridge between clients, sales, and product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and design-related support to clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook page, and remote tools;
Assist clients using remote access tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, AnyDesk, or UltraViewer;
Respond to client inquiries related to platform usage, features, and services;
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the development team;
Monitor system performance and report issues when identified;
Verify newly registered client shops/accounts;
Maintain and update daily paid client lists and subscription data;
Conduct subscription renewal reminder calls to clients;
Prepare client lists and data for active client workshops;
Manage Facebook page inbox communications;
Moderate and manage public and premium Facebook support groups;
Post updates, announcements, and notices for clients;
Manage the Support Admin Facebook account inbox for client queries;
Communicate client issues and feature requests to the development team;
Gather client feedback and suggestions and report them to management;
Coordinate with the design team for landing page design requirements;
Coordinate with video tutorial creators to develop instructional content;
Collaborate with the creative team for promotional or informational posters;
Prepare daily and monthly client support reports;
Maintain proper support documentation and client records;
Participate in internal meetings regarding platform updates and support activities;
Assist in connecting clients with the cross functional team for marketing or advertising support;
Support and participate in Business Growth Workshops for active clients;
Requirements
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university;
Minimum 1 year experience in client support, technical support, or SaaS platform support;
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla;
Experience supporting clients via phone, messaging apps, and email;
Basic knowledge of web platforms, landing pages, and digital tools;
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide clients step-by-step;
Good documentation and reporting skills;
Good to have:
Experience working with SaaS platforms, e-commerce tools, or CRM systems;
Familiarity with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Zoom, etc.);
Experience managing online communities or Facebook groups/pages;
Understanding of digital marketing, funnels, or online business tools;
Previous experience in startup or tech company environments;
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 15,000 - 20,000
