Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Support Intern who will assist the support team in handling client communications, onboarding new users, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients using the BD Funnel Builder platform. The intern will gain hands-on experience in client support, SaaS operations, and customer success management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the support team in responding to client queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

• Guide clients on basic platform usage, onboarding, and troubleshooting.

• Help verify newly registered clients and shops.

• Support the team in subscription reminder follow-ups and client communications.

• Assist in managing Facebook page inbox and client support groups.

• Maintain basic records of client queries, issues, and follow-ups.

• Help prepare client data and documentation for workshops or support sessions.

• Coordinate with the support team to escalate technical issues to developers when required.

• Assist in preparing daily support updates and reports.

• Participate in client workshops, onboarding sessions, and internal team meetings.

Requirements
Must Have

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Basic understanding of online platforms, digital tools, or SaaS products.

• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

• Ability to communicate clearly and assist clients patiently.

Good to Have

• Interest in customer support, client success, or SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with Facebook pages, groups, and online communities.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or online business tools.

• Previous internship or experience in client support or sales.
