Job Context

Admissionboard is an international education consultancy that helps Bangladeshi students apply to universities in the UK, Australia and Cyprus.

We are expanding our recruitment network and looking for independent student recruiters who can introduce students interested in studying abroad.

This is a high-commission opportunity for motivated individuals who have access to students through personal networks, social media, coaching centers, or educational communities.

This position is ideal for:

• IELTS / English coaching teachers

• Education consultants

• Student group administrators

• University students with large networks

• Individuals interested in sales and international education

You can work from anywhere in Bangladesh and earn commission for every successful student you introduce.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify students interested in studying abroad (UK, Australia & Cyprus).

• Introduce and refer those students to Admissionboard.

• Encourage students to contact our team for counselling.

• Maintain communication with your referred students until they apply.

• Work with our team to ensure students complete their application process.

Earnings / Commission

This is a high commission-based opportunity.

You will receive commission for every student who successfully applies through Admissionboard.

Example earning potential:

• 5 successful students → significant commission income

• 10+ successful students → very high monthly income

Top recruiters can earn substantial income depending on the number of students they introduce.

Commission will be paid for every confirmed student application who successfully enrol in their program at their foreign university.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Good network with students

• Interest in international education

• Ability to motivate students to study abroad

Previous experience in education consultancy, IELTS coaching, or student recruitment is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
