Job Context

Admissionboard is an international education consultancy that helps Bangladeshi students apply to universities in the UK, Australia and Cyprus.

We are looking for a highly driven Student Recruitment Executive who can actively bring new students and convert them into applicants. This is a Part-time Position

This position is focused on student recruitment and conversion, not just counselling or office work.

If you have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convince students and parents about studying abroad, this position can offer very high earning potential through commissions.

Candidates who already have connections with students or experience in education consultancy sales will have a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit Bangladeshi students interested in studying abroad (UK, Australia and Cyprus).

• Convert potential students into confirmed applicants through consultation and follow-ups.

• Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents (online or in person).

• Generate student leads through social media, educational groups, referrals, and personal networks.

• Explain university options, admission requirements, and visa processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with prospective students until application submission.

• Achieve monthly student recruitment targets.

• Coordinate with the internal admission team after the student confirms application.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or education consultancy preferred.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Confidence in speaking with students and parents.

• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets.

Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and sales mindset may also apply.

Salary

BDT 17,000 – 30,000 + Attractive Commission per student recruitment.

High-performing recruiters can earn significantly more through commission.

Applicants who have previous experience working with education consultancies or who can bring their own student leads will be prioritized.
