Responsibilities & Context:
আমরা আমাদের রিটেইল অপারেশন আরও শক্তিশালী করার জন্য ৫ জন অভিজ্ঞ Branch Manager / Store In-Charge নিয়োগ দিতে যাচ্ছি।
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
সম্পূর্ণ স্টোর অপারেশন পরিচালনা করা
সেলস টিমকে লিড ও মোটিভেট করা
ডেইলি ও মাসিক সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা
স্টোর ডিসপ্লে, ভিজ্যুয়াল মার্চেন্ডাইজিং ও স্টক মেইনটেইন করা
কাস্টমার কমপ্লেইন ও ফিডব্যাক পেশাদারভাবে হ্যান্ডল করা
ইনভেন্টরি ও রিপোর্টিং নিশ্চিত করা
