Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (lighting, electrical products, building materials, furniture, interior, or corporate project sales preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management ability.

  • Target-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals.Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience will be an added advantage.

  • Bike riding skill is highly preferred.

  • Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior design firms, consultants, and corporate clients.

  • Promote and sell INAYAT Lighting's products and lighting solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, project follow-ups, and site visits.

  • Drive sales of stocked products and project-based lighting solutions.

  • Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales executives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
