Experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales (lighting, electrical products, building materials, furniture, interior, or corporate project sales preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
Target-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals.Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience will be an added advantage.
Bike riding skill is highly preferred.
Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior design firms, consultants, and corporate clients.
Promote and sell INAYAT Lighting's products and lighting solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, project follow-ups, and site visits.
Drive sales of stocked products and project-based lighting solutions.
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales executives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
