• Age 20 to 30 years

• Mastery of Canva is now a standard requirement.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a major advantage.
• Knowledge of using AI Tools
• Understanding hierarchy, typography, and color theory so posts look professional, not amateur.
• Shooting high-quality video on a smartphone.
• Editing using apps like CapCut, Premiere Rush, or InShot (cutting to music, adding captions, transitions).

• All social media management.

• Develop a monthly content calendar that aligns with company goals (e.g., product launches, holidays, industry news).

• Ensure a mix of content types: Educational (How-to), Inspirational (Quotes/Stories), Promotional (Sales), and Entertaining (Memes/Trends).

• Tailor tone of voice to the specific platform (e.g., professional and data-driven for LinkedIn; casual and visual for Facebook,Instagram).

• Research and select relevant hashtags (#) to increase reach.

• Create static images, carousels, and infographics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop,Figma, AI tools.

• Film and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). This includes adding captions, trending audio, and transitions.
