• Age At least 23 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a graphic designer

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful design projects

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual design

• Develop creative and innovative visual concepts for print, digital, branding, and communication materials

• Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements, objectives, feedback, and revision needs

• Prepare professional layout designs for books, magazines, newspapers, annual reports, research reports, manuals, guidelines, folders, packaging, and other printed materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects

• Prepare output and approve print-ready files before production.

• Manage design tasks within assigned timelines and client requirements.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate pre-press, press, and post-press execution.

• Ensure final outputs meet client expectations and professional quality standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
