Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Developer

• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Furniture Design
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Fine Arts / Any relevant discipline
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Fine Arts / Any relevant discipline

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Developer

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Must have strong knowledge of furniture design, interior design, space planning and working drawings.

• Must be able to prepare both 2D and 3D designs independently.

• Should have practical understanding of furniture materials, production process, measurements and site execution requirements.

• Must be able to read and prepare technical drawings for factory and project execution.

• Should have good visualization sense, color sense, material sense and presentation skills.

• Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape and Adobe Photoshop.

• Must be able to prepare furniture layout, interior layout, working drawing, production drawing and 3D presentation.

• Candidates with experience in furniture showroom, interior firm, architecture firm or project-based design company will be preferred.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills are required.

• Applicants must share samples/portfolio of previous 2D, 3D, furniture or interior design work.

• Prepare 2D and 3D designs for furniture, interior and project-based work.

• Create furniture layout, interior layout, working drawings and presentation drawings as per client and project requirements.

• Prepare detailed drawings for furniture production, interior execution and site implementation.

• Develop 3D visualization, rendering and design presentations for clients and internal approval.

• Prepare furniture detailing, material specifications, measurement sheets and design documentation.

• Coordinate with project team, factory team, sales/business team and clients to ensure accurate design execution.

• Visit project sites when required for measurement, design understanding and execution support.

• Modify and revise drawings based on client feedback, project requirements and technical instructions.

• Ensure all designs are practical, production-friendly, cost-effective and aligned with company standards.

• Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer with design-related technical information.

• Maintain proper files, drawings, renders and project design records.

• Ensure design output is completed within the required deadline.
