Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Allocate tasks to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.
Monitor production output, minimize wastage, and reduce downtime to improve productivity.
Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Identify production problems and take corrective actions to minimize delays and defects.
Maintain daily production records, prepare reports, and update management on production progress.
Train, guide, and motivate production workers to improve performance and maintain discipline.
Monitor raw material consumption and ensure materials are used efficiently.
Evaluate worker performance and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Ensure that finished products meet the required quality standards and are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
Report production issues, equipment breakdowns, and operational challenges to management.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.
