Experience:
Bike riding skill & having own driving license is mandatory
3–5 years of experience in lighting sector.
Proven track record in project-based B2B sales and specification-driven markets.
Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, and hospitality clients.
Exposure to startup environments or premium / luxury brands preferred.
Strong knowledge of architectural, decorative, and technical lighting solutions.
Understanding of lighting concepts such as lux levels, color temperature, beam angles, and controls.
Familiarity with smart lighting, automation systems, and sustainable lighting solutions.
Ability to drive brand visibility through industry events, exhibitions, and networking.
Experience in pricing strategy, margin management, and deal negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Sales Growth & Business Development
Drive sales revenue for architectural, commercial, and decorative lighting products across assigned regions or key accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, showroom, real estate company, universities, hospitals contractors, distributors, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, and project consultants.
Prepare and execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms to maximize profitability.
Branding & Market Presence
Strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the lighting market through strategic outreach and engagement.
Promote the company’s lighting solutions through presentations, product demos, exhibitions, and industry events.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with branding campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Gather market and competitor insights to support brand differentiation.
Project & Key Account Management
Manage end-to-end lighting projects, from lead generation to order closure and post-sales coordination.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value and strategic clients.
Reporting & Strategy
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to refine sales and branding strategies.
Provide inputs for new product development based on market demand and customer requirements.
Leadership & Representation
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional networking events.
Mentor junior sales executives and contribute to building a high-performing sales team.
