We are seeking two detail-oriented, data-driven Junior Media Buyers to join our remote growth team. This role is for proactive individuals eager to take full responsibility for their actions, learn fast, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.

Core Responsibilities

Ad Operations: Launch, monitor, and manage daily paid campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google.
Optimization: Collaborate with the senior team to tweak audiences, creatives, and bids to hit performance targets.
Reporting: Track daily metrics and deliver clear, data-backed updates on campaign health.
General Support: Handle recurring ad-ops tasks and assist with broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Schedule

Probationary Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 BDT/month (First 3 months).

Growth: Permanent placement and salary increase will be offered upon successful completion of KPIs during probation.
Working Hours: 8 active working hours strictly within the window of 3 PM to 1 AM 
Environment: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
