• Professional Requirements: Strong English proficiency (written and verbal). Must have a dedicated home workspace and stable internet. Students are not preferred for this role.

Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-focused Organic Growth Specialist who can take full ownership of growing our digital presence without paid ads. This is a performance-based role where real results matter. If you know how to grow website traffic and social media accounts organically and love working toward measurable goals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and execute organic growth strategies to increase website traffic consistently

• Grow and manage social media handles organically across relevant platforms

KPI Requirement
This is a strictly performance-based role. The selected candidate is expected to deliver 5x to 7x organic growth across website traffic and social media within the first 3 months. KPI fulfillment is mandatory during the probation period.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of proven experience in organic growth 

• Demonstrated success in growing website traffic and social media organically

• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content visibility

• Familiarity with platforms like Meta, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and Quora

• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently

• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop is a plus

• Students are not preferred for this role

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 BDT/month (Based on experience and skill)

• Working Hours: 8 hours/day

• Probation Period: 3 months. KPI fulfillment is mandatory
