SEO & Social Media Growth Expert (100% Remote)

We are seeking two (2) data-driven and results-focused organic growth specialists to join our team. This is a high-impact, performance-based role designed for individuals who thrive on scaling digital presence without paid advertising.

📋 Role Overview

• Position: SEO & Social Media Growth Expert

• Vacancies: Two (2)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM (8 productive hours per day)

🎯 Key Responsibilities & KPIs

• Strategic Growth: Research and execute robust organic strategies to consistently scale website traffic.

• Platform Management: Grow and manage organic handles across Meta, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and Quora.

• Mandatory KPIs: This role is strictly performance-based. The selected candidates are expected to deliver 5x to 7x organic growth within the first 3 months. KPI fulfillment is mandatory during the probation period.

💎 Compensation & Career Growth

• Salary: 15,000–18,000 BDT/month (For the 3-month probation).

• Bonuses: Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance-based incentives.

• Benefits: Access to full company benefits after 6 months of service.

• Advancement: Candidates who consistently exceed KPI targets will be offered a revised contract with a higher salary range after 3 months of probation.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in organic growth and SEO.

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO principles, content visibility, and platform algorithms.

• Communication: Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Tools: Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) are considered a plus.

• Eligibility: Full-time professionals only; students are not preferred for this role.
