Position Overview
The Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) will lead divisional sales strategy, execution governance, and distribution effectiveness. The role is responsible for translating business objectives into disciplined field execution, developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring sustainable growth through strong secondary market performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead divisional sales planning, forecasting, and performance governance
Strengthen distribution and channel management across the division
Ensure strong field execution and operational control
Drive secondary sales growth and market coverage
Monitor trade program effectiveness and coordinate with supply chain
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
Develop and mentor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Management / Marketing / Business Studies or any relevant discipline from a reputed institution
Minimum 15 years of field-level experience in FMCG sales
At least 5 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Divisional Sales Manager (DSM)
Current residence in Chattogram is mandatory
Motorcycle riding skill with valid driving license is required
Strong expertise in distribution management and secondary sales monitoring
Proven leadership and team management capability
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
