We provide end-to-end services, including the supply, installation, and maintenance of advanced ZERO Brand VRF and Chiller systems for commercial, industrial, and government sectors across Bangladesh.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead our HVAC sales division. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and Chiller systems and a proven track record of securing high-value projects through relationship building and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and government project markets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with MEP consultants, architects, developers, and contractors to ensure KR Tech is specified in upcoming projects.

Technical Sales: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and recommend tailored VRF/Chiller solutions.

Proposal Management: Prepare and present detailed technical-commercial proposals and tender submissions (including e-GP).

Market Strategy: Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Project Liaison: Collaborate with internal engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.
