Arkay Multimedia Limited invites applications from vibrant & dynamic individuals for the following position of Relationship Officer- Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identify suspects and prospects through market research.

• Source potential clients through Internet and Social Media research and collect as much information as possible to create and maintain the client database.

• Create, update and maintain client database on a daily basis and identify which clients are moving from suspect to prospect to customer.

• Generate new business.

• Prepare bills.

• Gather all documents required for submitting bills.

• Submit bills on time.

• Keep track of monthly client bills and address collection of all outstanding bills.

• Schedule appointments over phone with potential clients for the Sales Team.

• Schedule client sales visits for the Sales Team.

• Make daily client visits and take meeting minutes and Prepare visit reports.

• Maintain constant communication with clients.

• Make daily Sales Team meeting report for the day’s activities and client visit.

• Prepare & maintain client work order and billing database.

• Achieve assigned Business Targets.

• Provide high quality services and maintain a very good relationship with the clients.

• Ensure service excellence while providing customer service.

• Extend assistance to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

• Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Sales and Marketing.

• T/A,Mobile bill,Tour allowance

• Handsome Salary + Commission on sales generated by you.
