Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation, pitching, and persuasive communication skills. Proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.·      

Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and good communication skills.·      

Language: Fluent in Bengali with good working knowledge of English.

·       Sales Generation: Identify potential clients, institutional buyers, and book retail outlets to generate sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

·       Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen strong professional relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and corporate accounts.

·       Market Outreach: Conduct direct field visits, client meetings, and present product offerings to target audiences.

·       Marketing & Promotions: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital promotional initiatives, and promotional events or book fairs.

·       Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, and identify new business opportunities within the publication sector.

·       Reporting & Strategy: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to business development strategies.
