Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of Samsung Brand VRF Systems AC from ready stock.
Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, dealers, and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Customer Relationship Management
Understand client needs and recommend the best VRF AC solutions.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to potential clients.
Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
Analyze client feedback and market demand to refine sales approaches.
Team Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
