Minimum 8–12 years of experience in business development, preferably in HVAC or construction industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record in sales growth and team management.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage overall business operations, ensuring alignment with company vision and growth targets.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share in the HVAC sector, especially VRF systems.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key client segments.
Drive sales performance and revenue growth by leading the sales and business development teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Oversee project pipelines, tender participation, and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure competitive advantage.
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure targets are achieved.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and industry regulations.
Represent Signtech Technology Ltd. in high-level meetings, exhibitions, and corporate events.
