0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Manufacturing.
Fresh diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.
Understanding of plastic manufacturing or packaging processes will be an advantage.
Ability to use measuring instruments and inspection tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word & MS Excel).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify, investigate and report product defects or quality deviations.
Conduct routine quality tests and maintain inspection records.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S and company quality procedures.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare daily quality reports and maintain proper documentation.
Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
