Educational Requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
CA (CC) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be highly preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.

To strengthen our Finance & Accounts team, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and competent professional for the following position.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records for both manufacturing (factory) and trading operations.
Manage cash budgets, actual expenditures and fund utilization to ensure financial discipline, cost efficiency and adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations.
Prepare and maintain the cash book, bank book, general ledger, bill register, stock register, trial balance and other registers.
Prepare and maintain timely and accurate reconciliation statements for all finance and accounts-related transactions.
Prepare variance analysis reports and collaborate with department head to develop strategies for maximizing budget efficiency and cost optimization.
Prepare and review payment, receipt, journal, debit and credit vouchers, manufacture vouchers, ensuring proper authorization and timely adjustment of advances.
Perform bank-related accounting activities, including recording transactions, preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring bank charges, interest and other financial costs.
Prepare and review revenue, expenditure, payroll and other accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare periodic financial, management and statutory reports for Head Office and senior management.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans and conduct variance analysis with recommendations for cost optimization and budget efficiency.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and prepare depreciation schedules in accordance with company policies.
Ensure to meet compliance with the company's financial policies, accounting standards, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Perform day-to-day VAT & Tax activities.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
