Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete HVAC projects within the approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents before execution.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and progress reports.
Manage procurement of HVAC equipment and materials in coordination with the procurement department.
Coordinate testing, balancing, commissioning, and client handover activities.
Review and approve subcontractor work, invoices, and progress claims.
Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, variation orders, and as-built drawings.
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Support the preparation of technical proposals, project planning, and tender evaluations when required.
Ensure successful project completion, final handover, warranty support, and project close-out documentation.
