• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System

• At least 7 years of experience in HVAC (VRF/Chiller systems preferred).

• Strong knowledge of system design, load calculation, and project execution.

• Experience working with reputed brands like Samsung VRF will be an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical operations related to HVAC systems, especially VRF, chiller, and ventilation systems.

• Oversee design, estimation, and engineering of HVAC projects as per client requirements and international standards.

• Prepare technical proposals, BOQ, system layouts, and ensure accurate project costing.

• Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with principals (e.g., Samsung) for technical approvals, product selection, and updates.

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure quality and performance.

• Ensure all projects are executed within timeline, budget, and required specifications.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions at project sites.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.

• Train and guide junior engineers and technical staff to improve performance and skills.

• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycle.
