Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Monitor daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support senior management with financial analysis for business decisions.
- Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
- Contribute to setting company goals and monitoring financial performance.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team.
- Assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audit processes.
- Prepare management reports summarizing financial performance and key trends.
- Oversee inventory valuation and cost allocation methods.
