Responsibilities & Context:
Role: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company`s revenue, growth, and market share objectives. Lead and inspire the nationwide sales team to deliver outstanding performance and build a high-performance culture. Monitor sales performance, identify market opportunities, and drive effective execution of business plans and product launches.
The position requires close collaboration with Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and other functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
