Responsible for:
Lead the overall sales strategy and revenue planning while ensuring effective execution across all sales channels
Manage and oversee retail, wholesale, and e-commerce sales teams and operations
Set sales targets aligned with business objectives and ensure timely achievement
Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when required
Coordinate closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and institutional clients
Drive market expansion and sustainable business growth
Activities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and budgets
Define channel-wise targets, KPIs, and monitor achievement regularly
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement corrective actions
Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to improve productivity and skills
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and institutional clients
Plan and execute client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries
Identify new market opportunities, emerging customer segments, and growth areas
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to inform strategy
Prepare sales reports and dashboards for senior management review
Support business development initiatives and expansion into new territories
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and commercial agreements
Facilitate cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, product, and operations
Skill and Competencies
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Relevant experience: 6–8 years of experience in sales, with proven track record in multi-channel sales and key account management
Strong sales strategy, forecasting, and analytics skills
Multi-channel sales management experience
Key account management and negotiation expertise
Leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable
