Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing.
Proven experience as an Area Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Sales Officer, or in a similar leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing field sales teams.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of leading and motivating a sales team to achieve business objectives.
Willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and smartphone-based reporting.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of field marketing executives or agents within the assigned territory.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities, pitch products/services to potential clients, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Target Achievement: Driven by a commission-based model, proactively meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of the team regularly, providing coaching and feedback to ensure maximum productivity.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis reports, and revenue forecasts to the higher management.
Sales Target
Ensure complete market coverage within the assigned territory within the first 30 days of joining.
Achieve a minimum monthly Primary Sales Target as per Sales & Marketing Policy
Maintain at least 90% achievement of the assigned monthly sales target.
Continuously expand the market by developing new doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
Failure to achieve the assigned sales target for three consecutive months may result in administrative action, including termination, at the discretion of the Management.
