We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Assistant General Manager (Digital Marketing) to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, drive online sales, and manage high-performing marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead and supervise the Digital Marketing team to achieve sales and branding targets.

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare strategic reports for management.

  • Drive eCommerce growth through effective customer acquisition and conversion optimization.

  • Develop annual and monthly digital marketing plans and budgets.

  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, Sales, Corporate Sales, and E-commerce teams.

  • Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and other marketing tools.

  • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

  • Manage agencies, vendors, influencers, and external partners when required.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and industry best practices.
